Moreno Valley College is pleased to welcome FeRita Carter, Ph.D., as interim president. Carter will serve MVC as the College conducts a search for its fifth president. Dr. Robin L. Steinback, MVC's fourth president, retired on June 30 after over four decades in higher education.
