Each day, Community Kitchen serves more than 150 hot, nutrition meals at lunchtime. 🍳 For some patrons, this may be the only meal they have for the day. Families who are employed but whose budgets are stretched, in addition to homeless individuals, rely on the Kitchen. 🍽️
With assistance from a donor advised fund, YCF was able to grant $3,000 from the Louis & Mabel Tanner Community Fund. Additional community donors also donated to help purchase the $7,000 new stove. Volunteers are once again able to rely on safe, functioning stove. Thank you, Community Kitchen, Inc.!
