Former Local 12 Good Morning Cincinnati anchor John Lomax passes away Lomax started as a reporter for the station in 1983 and become a morning news anchor in 1990. He retired in 2022.

Got a good friend who’s really fought cancer for years ! She’s been a fighter, she fought for years ! She took a rapid decline and she’s now in hospice care !

Today is a really rough day for our family, Kams aunts son was found on this day years ago in his apartment, he passed of a he**in overdose, every single night I personally wait for this call as my own daughter is addicted to fentanyl.

I keep my phone close, my heart aches,I can’t imagine what goes on in her head even so many years after, I’m sure it feels like yesterday, there is absolutely nothing I can do, I watch my beautiful daughter change in her looks as the drug deteriorates her body ! Her once beautiful smile is fading… my love for her is unconditional and I talk to my spirit guides and angels everyday asking for her healing ❤️‍🩹
She will heal when she’s ready or she moves on from this world … I know my baby girl is still in there .. I still see her.
I pray one day she sees her son and something clicks.
I’m involved as I can be with moms against fentanyl , I have friends and family who know what I’m going through . It’s hard ! I pray 2024 is a change for her!

For the moment I’ll ask Michael , kams cousin to please send help for her I ask him to watch over her and protect her and be a personal angel for me ! I love you Kelsey and I will never give up on you!

Dear Little Debbie Christmas tree snack cake addicts !!! Can ya leave some in the stores please , been to 5 places in 2 days … not a Christmas tree in sight I’ve had to sprinkle green sugar sprinkles on a zebra cake ….. not the same

By the way ! For those of you wondering I’ve been out of Facebook jail for 5 day with no repeat offenses yet! This could be a record !

I did the 1.5 miles I’m not gonna lie and say I’m ok lol I’m not lol I’m sore and my legs are cramping ! But I’m showered and just gonna chill and get some rest!

Next year I’m not having surgery before the walk ! Lol

Liver Disease does have a stigma to it ! It’s not cool ! Today there was a little girl who’s gone thru a liver transplant ! My Diagnosis was indeed NASH . I would love to see the stigma vanish !
