Happy Caturday everyone! πΎππΎ
Scoop the P**p! π©
We all know it's common courtesy to pick up your dogs p**p while out for walks or at the park. But did you know there's dangers in not picking it up even if it's just in your own yard. Dog f***s are not a "natural fertilizer" but a nuisance that can spread serious diseases that can be transmitted to both humans and other animals.
Untreated cases of parasites such as roundworms, tapeworms, or hookworms in dogs might introduce these unwelcomed organisms into our water supply. This is why it is also important not to let your dog drink from puddles.
Have a great Thursday!! πΎππΎππΎ
Bees are coming out and stings are no fun! π
They can be scary, painful and even life threatening for your dog. A single bee sting can produce swelling, pain, redness and inflammation. If the sting happens around the mouth, nose or around their head, observe your dog to make sure it doesn't interfere with their breathing or swallowing. If any swelling increases dramatically, it's best to contact us asap as this can be an emergency.
Happy Hump Day!β€οΈβοΈ

Is your cat not drinking enough water? Consider using glass or ceramic bowls instead of noisy, cold, and/or bacteria-retaining metal or plastic ones. Place bowls in quiet areas away from litter boxes and busy paths. Elevate bowls for senior or less mobile cats. Keep cleanliness a priority, ensuring fresh water daily and regular washing with soap and hot water. Provide at least one bowl per cat and separate bowls if you have other pets as a way to avoid conflicts.
Have a great Tuesday everyone! πΎππΎπ

Never leave your animal unattended in a hot vehicle and always make sure they are properly hydrated! Please leave your pets at home in the air conditioning, we promise, they don't wanna wait in the car while you run errands!
