Just these few short exercises can make a difference in how you work through the stress of the day. Take a moment to relax and focus on your mental health today!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Today we are reminding you of the importance that healthy relationships plays in our mental health. Remember to be patient with yourself, and surround yourself with people you trust and feel safe with!

came to SAFE-T on 11/20/23 and presented a generous check of $2000 along with a truck load of donations for our clients. Donations included clothing, bedding, kitchen items, and basic necessities!!
