There has been a great deal of confusion and concern regarding the recent article of positive coronavirus cases. The BRMC Heart Clinic is not in our location. Our prayers are with all at the BRMC Heart Clinic.

At Cardiovascular Associates our patients’ safety and health is of utmost importance.

We serve a high risk population and have taken steps to reduce exposure risks to our patients. All employees and patients must wear masks. Every employee is screened daily. All patients must go through screening before entering the clinic. Patients can either wait in their car or practice social distancing in the waiting area. We offer telephone/telehealth visits and have adjusted clinic schedules in order to limit patient congestion.

We will continue to do all we can to provide safe care for our patients. We thank you for your patience in this trying time. Wash your hands, practice social distancing, and stay well.

While this virus has upended everyone’s normal. We pray that you and yours are staying well and finding the little joys in everyday! We are all in this together.

Biller/Coder needed to work with current staff to enter payments, charges, work denials and code clinic and hospital procedures. Coding includes office visits, cardiac monitoring, angiograms and pacemakers. Duties include sending claims electronically, investigating why a claim is not processed or paid correctly.

AAPC or AHIMA certification preferred. Must be familiar with E.O.B.S, ICD-10 and CPT codes.

We offer benefits and paid holidays. Our clinic hours are 8:00 - 5:00 Mon. - Thurs. and 8:00 - 4:00 on Friday.

We are recruiting an LPN/RN to work in busy cardiology clinic. Great work environment. Our nurses work as a team to support four doctors and two nurse practitioners. Hours of clinic are 8:00 -5:00 Mon. - Thurs. and 8:00 - 4:00 on Fridays.
