My advice…get you some liquidating assets within the next year honestly. Whether it’s buying a home, investing in stock, gold, cryptocurrency, home health care business, trucking, etc. Jobs are slowing down and people are losing hope. Day 6 into Aprils Health & Fitness Challenge and today the first word that comes to mind is “Accountability”. Holding the people you love around you to be great at whatever they aspire to do. 🚨APRIL’S HEALTH & FITNESS CHALLENGE🚨

Today marks the first day of April’s Health & Fitness Challenge 👏🏾🗣 I want to start off by saying that you can do anything you put your mind too 💯 This challenge will create better habits as you build daily discipline completing each requirement of the challenge. I want to hold you guys accountable because I know it will benefit you in the long run as you work towards your fitness goals. Here is a starter packet you can use throughout this challenge that will help you stay consistent daily.

1️⃣ Eating 5-10 vegetables a day is easy. Try to find a smoothie recipe off Pinterest or eat a fruit and vegetable for every meal/snack
2️⃣ Eating frequently throughout your day is important to keep your metabolism up to burn the maximal amount of calories a day. Eat when you first wake up and eat every 3-4 hours from the time you wake up
3️⃣ Drink 52-128 ounces of water a day can be done by drinking water from the moment you wake up. Try drinking 2-cups/bottles of water one before every meal and 1 after every meal.
4️⃣ Walking 30 minutes a day takes discipline. You have to plan what time you will take your walk based on your schedule. Try walking when you first wake up, during your lunch break, or at night.
5️⃣ Stretching 10 minutes a day can be done by turning on a stretch video on YouTube 10 minutes a day and knock it out. From yoga, to a basic beginners stretch, be creative.
6️⃣ Deep breathing also know as (diaphragmatic breathing) is when you control your breathing taking deep breaths in and breathing out slowly for 8 seconds. This will reduce anxiety and stress. Go to a quiet place to get this done.
7️⃣ Motivate someone to make a change in April. Tell them about the challenge so they can succeed with you.
8️⃣ Sleeping 8-10 hours a night can be far fetched if you have a horrible sleeping scheduled. Try to go to sleep around 9-10pm every night in order to get enough sleep to feel rested the next day. If you work night shifts sleep 8-10 hours when you get off.

🚨TRANSFORMATIONAL THURSDAY🚨

(Transparent moment) I don’t even know where to start. But, I’ll start with this. I am proud of you brother 💪🏿🗣🤝 My client Demetrius has trained with me for almost a year now and has lost a total of 48.4lbs 😱🙌🏾 I can tell you that this was not an easy road for Demetrius. He hit a plateau when we first began training an wasn’t able to loose the weight. As a trainer, I was curious of what could be the issue. The program and nutrition was in place but still not were we wanted to be. Demetrius sought help from a dietitian and they informed him that in order to begin loosing fat/weight you have to reset your metabolism by beginning a liquid, low calorie meal plan and incrementally increase calories over time. First two weeks of his meal plan was completely juice and the weight began to fall. This was back in June of 2021. He couldn’t do any intense weight training due to being on a strict caloric intake. This didn’t stop Demetrius. He took some time off and completed moderate intensity cardio in order to burn the fat and loose weight. Once he was cleared he got back in the gym with me starting off once a week. He did that for one month and lost 10lbs. Over the last 3 months each time we checked weight it continued to drop 😃Weighed in at 246.6lbs this morning and I was excited that he is now under 250lbs 🤝Now he is currently training with me 2x’s a week in order to reach his goal of 225lbs. Thank you for allowing me to push you to this point Let’s keep going 👍🏽💪🏿
