🏋🏻♀️When: Saturday, July 20th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
🏋🏻♀️Where: Solid Core Fitness (26499 Jefferson Ave., Murrieta, CA)
🏋🏻♀️Who: Guest speakers from different areas in the wellness industry
🏋🏻♀️What: Speaking on body and joint health for injury prone areas, with a focus on the head, shoulders, knees, and toes (feet).
🏋🏻♀️Why: There is a deficit in American culture between wanting to make healthier life choices, THINKING we know what to do, and actually putting an action plan together. This mainly stems from lack of TRUE information on what the root cause of a problem is, how to actually fix it instead of just masking it with a "bandage," and support with implementing an action plan with realistic goals. We want to bridge the gap and help you truly live HEALTHY AND WELL. We need to shift away from the belief that health is equivalent to lack of illness and disease, and realize there's MUCH MORE to living a healthy life!
🌮We will have a taco truck at the event, as well as complimentary light refreshments. We are also hoping (fingers crossed) to have a coffee truck!
