Good morning kids! Today I have the amazing pleasure to host an open house at Hopalong Cassidy's house! That's right! I will be spending time in William and Grace Boyd's home. They built this home in 1955. The metal features you see throughout the home were designed by William Boyd in homage to Hopalong Cassidy. You will see "HC" lovingly placed as well as other beautiful art deco pieces. Come by and experience this beautiful example of vintage art deco. I am excited to be here today!

I had a good day at the Hopalong Cassidy estate sale!
I wore my Queen Of Gotham shirt and I heard a lot of folks say "Don't move, I wanna get a picture of your number". I would turn around and give them a card as well.
I was letting folks know I will be doing an Open House after Easter.
The home is Vintage Palm Springs art deco.
The fire place is solid granite...SOLID!
the built ins are beautiful. William Boyd designed the Hopalong metal accents throughout the home. The man had talent!

Today I learned about Bridge Loans!
WOW! What a great tool to have in my pocket.
Put as simple as possible:
If you own a home and you want to upgrade or downsize and the home you want to purchase is your PRIMARY RESIDENCE(This is not for investment properties) you can get a short term loan for the purchase price of your new home. Once you have purchased the new home you can now clean up, paint and get your old home ready for market. Once your previous home sells, the proceeds go to paying off the Bridge Loan. In most cases there is no need for a credit check since you are using your home as collateral.
So, what do you think about that? Pretty cool huh? If you have been thinking of selling but need to buy and you DON'T WANT TO BE TURNED DOWN BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO SELL YOUR HOME, THIS IS THE SOLUTION FOR YOU!
