Let kids play and have fun practicing yoga in Mindful Warriors Yoga’s Kids Summer Camp. Practice yoga to gain the skills for life. Be a happy and mindful yogi this summer!

All ages: Saturday 6/17, 7/15, 8/12 11:15-12:30

Tuition fee: $20 per student; all three session discount 50

Ready, set, glow! Join us tomorrow dressed in your best neon or white to celebrate our final class this summer session. Young class includes glow in the dark obstacle course, yoga, breath work and snack. The tween group will flow, learn a challenge pose , and practice mindfulness. I hope to catch you all on the mat tomorrow! Ages 4-8 yrs 10:00 and ages 9-12 yrs 11:00.

This Tuesday join us for a deliciously fun event on July 19th from 10-10:45! We will have a snowga yoga party filled with fun and games. Come in your favorite yoga gear or jammies and get ready to rock to some fun holiday in July jingles. Let’s cool off and escape the summer heat on our mats! 🎄🎅🤶☃️❄️⛷

Let’s get wild. Time to hop, slither, walk or crawl over to Mindful Warriors for a fun animal themed yoga class. Younger class includes exploration of various animal yoga poses, mindfulness practice and games while the older group will follow a simple yoga flow and work towards an animal themed challenge pose . This Memorial Day, we wanted to recognize all of those brave men and women who have fought to serve our country. Gone but never forgotten.

This summer we are so excited to be reopening and offering our kids classes again . Our classes run for 6 weeks starting June 28th!!! Thank you to all that came out and shared part of your spring break with us. We had such a good time making new friends and having fun with the old. We learned about breath and how we can use it to help control our emotions, planted the “seeds” of an idea and played some fun spring yoga games. We can’t wait for our next session.
