The new development at 1500 First Street will feature as many as seven retailers, offices and other commercial tenants, in addition to a brand new beer garden. We're excited to see this project progress into what will become a new benchmark for commercial design and functionality.

Meet Ireicy

Ireicy is from Zacatecas Mexico and was raised in the Napa Valley. Earning her A.S. degree in Digital Design Graphics Technology from Napa Valley College in 2004, Ireicy started working alongside Stephen Cuddy. Ireicy has now been working with Steve for 17 years working for MCA Architecture Planning Interiors and Napa Design Partners. Her dedication to the craft of architecture has made Ireicy a talented Drafter Technician and Project Coordinator. Away from the desk shes loves spending time with her husband, two young daughters and family.

It gives us immense honor to be able to collaborate closely with fellow Napa Designers and Landscape Architects Napa Design Partners are currently collaborating with licensed architect Susan Heiken and her team on a brand new hospitality project. We are excited to see the project evolve!

The Napa Senior Activity Center located in central Napa provides a meeting place for older adults offering a space for recreation, special occasions and private gatherings. The campus features a variety of rooms available to rent including a large banquet room, small and large meeting rooms, patio areas, a commercial kitchen and a bocce ball pavilion.

Napa Design Partners were fortunate to work with the center on updating amenities and communal spaces.

Meet Miriam Cotto 🗜

Miriam joined the Napa Design team in July 2019. Her expertise and background in project management, media, production and communications positioned her adapt and excel quickly on our team. Miriam brings a background in coordinating construction schedules and project requirements for residential architecture and projects across the US.

As an architect in training Miriam oversees project management for Napa Design Partner's interior design and architecture planning including scheduling, evaluations, estimation and MUCH more.

Senior Activity Center. Our updated and architecture aimed to update the facility's amenities and create warm inviting communal areas. We'll be sharing more highlights from this project and more.

Meet Sarah Marshall. Sarah is one of the Principal Architects and Managing Partners of Napa Design Partners. Sarah brings a background in residential and commercial design including both new construction and re-modelling. Sarah upholds our commitment to improving the Napa and surrounding community, applying sound expertise and creative architectural design process to every project.

Bella Siena Restaurant & Bar is located 1-hour north of San Francisco in the bayside town of Benicia. Our NDP team worked with the client to preserve the history of the building while revitalizing the front of house interior including the beautiful restaurant floor and bar.

The Historic Goodman Library n downtown Napa displays classic characteristics of the Richardson Romanesque style. Old-world arched windows complement the rusticated historic stone facade. Take a step back in time to appreciate this historic .
