2 Tbsp olive oil
1 12oz jar roasted red peppers *coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp Italian Parsley *coarsely chopped
2.5 Pounds Turkey or Chicken Sausage *low sodium (hot or mild) REMOVE CASING
1 12oz jar/can Artichoke hearts *drained and diced
1 8oz jar Sun-dried tomato pesto
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 5oz container plain Greek yogurt
4 oz Heavy whipping cream
4-6 garlic cloves *finely chopped
2 Large tomatoes *coarsely chopped
๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€
1. Remove sausage casing: Cut almost in half lengthwise (butterfly); turn sausage over and peel casing away.
2. Pre-heat large skillet with 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat and cook turkey sausage while breaking it apart. Drain excess grease and place meat back in pan.
3. Stir in garlic, peppers, tomatoes, pesto and artichokes. Cook approx. 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt and heavy whipping cream. Add the liquid mix to the pan and stir over low-medium heat for approx 3-4 minutes or until thickens. Stir in pepper and parsley!
5. Serve over Spaghetti Squash! (Optional) sprinkle shredded Parmesan over top.

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients until well coated.
2. Place the air fryer liner in the air fryer.
3. Place all ingredients in the air fryer.
4. Cook at 400 for 12 minutes (mix about halfway through).

I don't know about you guys, but Summer for me means grilling and burgers! โ˜€๏ธ

Did you know that burgers are a great and easy way to get at least 25g of protein?
Check out this graphic to see the basic nutrition of common ground meats used for burgers.

Pair 4 oz of your choice of lean ground meat with a reduced fat cheese, be mindful of condiments and LOAD up on veggies to create an easy dinner that's 25-30+ grams of protein and about 400 calories. (Cheese and hamburger buns ADD to the protein content!) ๐Ÿ’ช

The combinations are endless and so are the flavor profiles. Follow the plate method (yes you can apply that here- think about it like percentages) and you can still enjoy a super satisfying BALANCED, HIGH PROTEIN meal.

2 tbsp olive oil

1 pound organic chicken breasts chopped into 1 inch cubes

2 cloves roasted garlic chopped

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

2 medium oranges (peeled and segmented)

3/4 avocado

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1/3 cup cilantro chopped

1 tbsp orange juice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

1. Cook quinoa and let it cool

2. Pour olive oil on sautรฉ pan and cook chicken and roasted garlic. Sprinkle paprika and salt. Cook about 8 minutes until chicken is done

3. Add cooked chicken, avocado and oranges to the quinoa. Stir and set to the side

Dressing:
1. Whisk all ingredients together. Pour over salad as eating it.

2. Enjoy over spinach or mixed greens!

How did our program help you?

In the beginning it was hard because I did not believe in myself. Even though I saw other women working hard, that didn't speak volumes to me because I figured they've been fit all their lives and they were doing this to stay in shape.

Coach Patrice wrote on the glass when you feel like giving up, just remember why you started.

When I missed days, Coach Nikki texted me and said, We've missed you in the studio this week, what can I do to help?

These incidents had the greatest impacts. Our coaches made me realize my why and took away my excuses.

Coach Nikki gave me the support I needed. She saw me. (this was big). The weight this held was so substantial, I felt like I couldn't let them down, and in return I was the one benefiting the most.
