Shout out to this guy! Photos speak for themselves. Update on actual weight loss on Friday! But this is why again I tell my clients we have to take photos. It is quite amazing when you look at the changes in photos - when you’re not seeing a lot on the scale! So take photos of yourself so you don’t get frustrated during your weight loss journey.

Photo’s don’t lie! Take photos of yourself weekly then you will stay motivated bc therefore you can see the little changes! If you solely focus on weight & the scale you will be disappointed - results will come over time but you have to be patient you didn’t get to where you are overnight.

As of September 15th she was down 12 1/2 pounds, 3 1/2 % Body Fat and BMI overall went down 2.2%. Due for another weigh-in to see where we are 2 weeks later!
Slow & steady wins the race! This is the healthy way to lose weight we are 9 1/2 pounds away from our first goal weight. Notice her arms & how they are getting toned so if she just changed her diet without lifting weights she would not look as healthy & fit! I notice this with many people that lose weight - if you look skinny & not fit you need to add weights to your routine. Losing weight (decreasing calories & eating clean) while toning with weights while getting your cardio in equals the perfect recipe to the new healthy you!

From 20+ years of being a successful health and fitness trainer, Jen gets to live her dreams by helping her clients achieve theirs. She believes that being a successful trainer isn’t something obtained in a book, a degree or a certification, but real life and real experiences. Though all of that combined with years of experience is part of the equation. Jen attributes her success to having amazing mentors among her path of personal training. That along with an extremely optimistic personality, Jen believes that is why she is blessed to do what she loves each and everyday. Help you!
