The debut of our Youth Boxing training was incredible! Coach Brooks and I had so much fun working with an amazing group of 4 students who were eager to learn and eager to have fun.

Boxing training should be fun, whether it’s for adults or our youth. When it’s fun, you’ll want to keep practicing. It’s simple!

We’d love to train your child. Currently teaching kids ages 6-12!

Every Monday and Wednesday from 4:30-5:30! Only 10 spots per class to ensure your child gets a ton of personal attention from our coaches. Drop your kid off and let us handle them for an hour, we know you could use a break! 😅

Thomas is 6 & 11/12th years old (this is how he described his age and we are sticking with it!) & takes private lessons with PSE.

Yesterday, Jake was the unlucky victim who had to work a defense round as Thomas valiantly charged forward, attacking him with various punches.

Tommy & his father take private lessons with us at . They have been traveling the past few weeks so yesterday was Tommy’s first session back with us. To change things up a bit, we decided to challenge Tommy to land a clean punch on PSE team member Jake Kinsella. As you can see, he did a pretty good job! 🔥

We warm up for 2 rounds at the start of every practice, that way we are nice and loose when we pick things up. A good warm up will also help to prevent injuries!

Our training is tailor made for you. That’s the benefit of our semi private system. Only 10 slots per class so the focus is on you 👀 🥊

Mike Loszach has been with us since 2016, we are so proud of his commitment and dedication to PSE 🎉

Since 2016, Mike has become a tough & gritty boxer and has even done some great work for us coaching Intro To Boxing classes for us at our location!

At , our coaches take other coaches’ classes. Coach Jaime, being the most experienced out of all of us, will often have 3-4 PSE coaches taking his Monday night Advanced Boxing session 👏🏽

The energy & atmosphere at PSE is unlike any other training academy, it’s why we have loyal members like Mike who stick with us for years! We don’t demand or expect loyalty, we work hard to earn it 💯
