We'll be doing a variety of planks for November while finding gratitude each day. We will be doing a 15 minute workout each day (Monday-Friday) that involves core, planks and some triceps/arms too. The series will run Monday, 11/7 - Friday, 11/25.

10th Naperville Tri and I FINALLY did it!!!! 🥳
Finished 🥇 in my age group and top 5 overall! Came across a few obstacles + a bike crash on the course too but got right back up on that saddle and finished.
Yes this is a slight brag post because this has been a goal of mine to get top of podium. It started out 10 years ago to complete a triathlon but then got hooked doing it with my crew!
I share this because I want to challenge you to try something out of your comfort zone and set a goal for yourself!!!
Thank you to my crew for sticking around at the end for podium. You guys are the best!!!!

Murphy (SEAL), a man who sacrificed everything he had for our freedom. Join us this year as we continue to help keep his legacy alive through The Murph Challenge. “I began my fitness/weight loss journey at the end of Jan 2021. I wanted to be fit for 40. I had been hearing about j-fit from several people and I wanted to learn more.
In March, I happened to win an auction basket that had a certificate for group fitness and t-shirt. I wasn’t ready to start group fitness classes just yet. Walking off the tennis courts at Nike Park I saw Jen training another client.
My first session was mid April. I told her my goals and we started a program training 2x/week. Since adding my training I’ve lost around 13 pounds and over 5” in my hips and waist and 2” in bust.
Jen is always so complimentary and motivating. I couldn’t be on this journey without her, she’s my number one cheerleader and has become an amazing friend and role model. Thank you for helping me achieve my goals! XO KT”

For years, I’ve always told people I don’t run far or can’t do a half marathon because “I have bad knees from knee surgeries” I let my own obstacles and excuses get in my way.
My run squad pushed me and I finally said “YES” to my first half marathon and I’m so thankful I did. I trained for it, I showed up and I felt really strong today! Goal was 1:50 and I came in at 1:46. I’ll take that and feels amazing to check off a goal.
Guess what?! My knees weren’t even an issue!
Get over your excuses and your fears and make s**t happen! I’m living my best life and happiest life by going after what I want! Don’t let anything get in your way!
So thankful for this community who showed up out there. Incredible energy from cheer station, all the families that came out for loved ones, police/firefighters and my mom brought my boys!
Also, so thankful for my favorite running gear from head to toe! Bra, tank, shorts, underwear, socks and SHOES are ALL !!!
Better with friends.
