The Root Goddess offers complementary and alternative ways to improve ones mental and physical health.
Only by getting to the root of the problem and treating the whole person can one heal or be healed. My belief is in order to heal sickness, disease, trauma, heartache, pain etc., you must first dig deep to get to the ROOT of the problem. Once you recognize and understand the ROOT cause you can begin to heal the mind and the body will follow.

My garden always brings me life. I know We will survive the hardship of Winter to rise again in the Spring. And If we stay cool the heat of the Summer will not dehydrate or deplete us. But we must prepare for the Fall so again we can survive the Winter! It's the cycle of life. I Love you Beautiful People!

Saw this plant hack right here on fb so I tried it and it really worked! I saved my Waffle House to go containers...lol and used them as seed starting trays. I planted these seeds last weekend and they have already started to sprout. I also purchased seed starter trays and planted a few of the same seeds and not one seed has sprouted...lol

This beautiful Calendula plant is still blooming and showing me love in the middle of December. Calendula flowers are used to help prevent muscle spasms, start menstrual periods, and reduce fever. It is also used to help sore throat and mouth, menstrual cramps, and stomach and duodenal ulcers.
