During this unique time of introspection, we are able to see ourselves more clearly enabling us to make the necessary changes for personal growth.

In this workshop you’ll learn the benefits of inversions, participate in strengthening skills to prepare you for headstands and receive personalized guidance to enhance your headstand practice. Alyson is sharing all of her knowledge and secrets so you can begin to feel confident going upside down in your yoga practice. In this workshop our focus will be primarily on tripod headstand and Sirsasana A. If you’ve been curious about inversions and adding them to your practice, this workshop is for you! All levels are welcome and props to help you feel comfortable will be available for students.
