ANNOUNCES

As Salaam Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh

The Muslim Endorsement Council, Inc. (MEC) announces
2 tuition-free TISA-MEC scholarships available this Fall from the Islamic Seminary of America.
The semester begins on August 25, so time is of the essence. The requirements are as follows:

The person must be recommended by the Muslim Endorsement Council, Inc. Please contact CH Shazeeda Khan at [email protected]
There is a $15 application fee and the applicant must fill out the regular TISA student application at https://islamicseminary.us/regular-student-application/.
The application is reviewed and accepted by the regular TISA admissions process.
The matriculated applicant must signs up for 1-4 courses for Fall 2023.

The scholarship is tuition-free as long as the student maintains a B- GPA or better. The student would be responsible paying for travel, books, needed supplies, and a required $10 administrative fee due from each semester from every student.

MEC has completed all the required paperwork and subsequently responded
satisfactorily to the follow-up inquiries towards becoming recognized as an official
Ecclesiastical Endorser with the Department of Defense. The final step in the process of MEC’s recognition by the DoD is to provide an application for endorsement by a Military Chaplain Candidate. In this regard, MEC
has launched a search for such a candidate and has offered to waive the application
fee for the first such candidate to apply for endorsement. See the ad below.
