Tropical Storm Francine is expected to reach Louisiana’s coast as a Category 2 hurricane on Wednesday. With the current track, local meteorologists project heavy rains and high winds throughout Wednesday and into early Thursday. Officials are urging residents to stay informed due to potential storm track changes that could result in more severe impacts in our area.

Due to the anticipated weather impacts, all Wednesday activities at FBNO are canceled, including the Wednesday morning Women’s Bible Study and Midweek Connection activities on Wednesday evening.

We plan to host the Men’s Prayer Breakfast on Saturday morning as scheduled.

Believers are called to be hard workers. For us, it’s not about scrambling for a paycheck. It’s about honoring God with our energy.

We can be confident in this: God has never forsaken those who believe. He’s the same God who parted seas and brought dry bones to life. He’s the God who honors your faith.

Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. Then everything else will fall into its proper place.
