New Week, new Menu.
In addition to our current dinner menu we are celebrating Caribbean Heritage Month by featuring a three course dinner showcasing the varied islands’ cuisines. This week we salute you Martinique, a country I grew up watching from my parents veranda. As fate would have it, Sous Chef just moved to New Orleans from Martinique and had a whole lot to contribute! The cherry on the top: cocktail pairing!

It’s Caribbean-American Heritage Month and we are celebrating. In addition to our a la carte menu we will offer a three course price fixe menu highlighting Chef Nina’s homage to the cuisine of four different nations, changing as we hop around weekly. This week kicks off with Haiti and the food and cocktail pairings are here for you. Dietaries can be accommodated with 24 hrs notice.

I’m in great company in this article and love that they chose my featured cocktail that I was invited to share at Film Festival this year. “The Blaze” features and some of my favorite ingredients like hibiscus and rosemary. I just love a pretty cocktail that smells as good as it looks and tastes 😋
Real talk though❗️I’m forever grateful to continue to be recognized in this industry and use my platform to shine a light on people I love and admire. I’m so happy that this feature includes my mentor, and the program that was a catalyst for my career behind the bar, ! It’s about time we see more Black and Brown faces rising in the hospitality industry 💫
