Hello beautiful friends and clients it’s been a while since I posted…

A lot of changes, growth, ups and downs, ins and outs but I wouldn’t change a thing! It’s been tough at times, going inwards to decipher and unlock or deprogram old patterns, outdated beliefs that have been a part of my psych for so long. The lessons are ongoing. I’m working on healing my heart, letting go, trusting and going deeper so that I can become lighter, brighter and more peaceful within myself and to others.

It’s time for me to crack open my shell and climb out of this cosy cocoon I’ve created around me as protection and let go of the comforts it has provided me. What am I fearful of? An ongoing question. What am I seeking? Where do I want to be? What do I want to create? What gives me joy? Do you ever ask yourself the same?

We learn from one another’s interactions and experiences. It’s time to share and open myself up, be vulnerable, exposed, open, fearless. It’s time. Is it time for you too?

We are living in intense times/energies and timelines/vibrations are shifting. We live on this beautiful planet, is it not time to immerse ourselves in nature and to connect back to our truth / our inner divine wisdom? Is it not time to overcome the dense energies/low frequencies that are holding us back from pure love and joy?

I have so much gratitude for all the lessons that have come my way to show me more of what I need to see. So much gratitude for my beautiful friendships and family. It has been a journey, but I now know just how powerful our thoughts and words are.

I want to immerse myself in… nature, authentic friendships ones that nurture my soul and vice versa, energies that mirror my own so I can see the shadows and light within myself. Family time…Animals that give me incondicional love even if I am grumpy that day… Persia, Leo, Mia. The Sun, Ocean, Rain…Nourishing food, quiet time, cacao, high vibrational music… just a few things that give me joy and align with my soul. What gives you joy, lifts your spirits?

Let’s love ourselves, become free and curious like a child, laugh be playful and burst with joy! 🤩

The energy work I offer has now shifted to more Sound Healing combined with reiki, chakra activations and breathwork. I will post more on this later but for now…I am offering one on one zoom sessions. Private message me for more info.

…I’m launching a new company DivineWisdom that will hold ‘Sound Healing Chakra Activations’ and ‘Transformational Retreats’ in sacred places. I wanted to create a retreat that I would like to go on where I get to learn about the land, the history, the archaeology and connect to the ancestors and energy surrounding those places. On these retreats we will get to practice and experience sound baths, meditation, breathwork medicine (which in my opinion is the most potent form of medicine) Kundalini yoga, Hatha yoga, dance, music, cacao ceremonies and intentional activations.
