Huge thank you to for the hard work all the way to the closing table and for the labor and fun on various parts of the house ( wallpaper, mantle tiling, landscaping ) it was a blast and I’m super lucky I get to do what I love 💕 surrounded by so many supportive hard working friends.

The past 24 hours have been a roller coaster 🎢. This 1965 gem popped up in my Zillow search yesterday morning and it was love at first site. 😍
We had a lot of competition and moments my heart sank when I thought it had slipped away from us - but and worked the magic and we got a signed contract to purchase secured this evening.
I am BEYOND excited for this place that I plan to restore and love every minute of it.
In the meantime - going to get detailed photos and try out a new app that will do a floor plan and all measurements for me called canvas. Then a busy 2 weeks to the closing table and it’s going to be go time!
I’m going to be so fulfilled between this dream MCM and the beautiful farmhouse project I just feel so lucky for the opportunity to work at this everyday 🙏🙌
Also grateful 🥹 for the many people who help make all of this possible, my agents nationwide, contractors near and far, my lenders, my private investors… and all my friends who contribute in so many ways with ideas and support and laughs …

Well our work is done here! Our crazy hoarder house has blossomed into a modern masterpiece;) it wasn’t the easiest project from day 1 but wow 🤩 the transformation is just crazy.
We had the professional listing photos taken today ( these are not then and just photos I took on my phone fyi) and they will be prepped next week while we wait for our electric panel inspection 🧐 then it will be time to list !!!
So proud of everyone involved in this big project - basically rebuilt this from the ground up in a lot of ways.
We couldn’t have done it on budget without our awesome contractor Frank and his hard working team. So thank you we appreciate you coming up the hill to the high desert 🏜 everyday to get this done.
Also needs major credit for the design and staging - her vision came to life perfectly and it’s so good I want to keep it for myself and I wouldn’t change a thing :)
I can’t wait to have an excuse to just go back to water our cactus 🌵 so I can chill and relax with these million dollar views.
Kinda sad it’s all over for now 😭😭but all good things must come to an end and we are super excited for the lucky new owner of this amazing little gem 💎
Will post some numbers once we get it listed and get her on the market.

Feel spoiled this morning by the many birthday 🥳 messages from my ‘other homes’ New Zealand 🇳🇿 and Japan 🇯🇵 and woke up to some surprises from my husband and Zepp of course ! Sharing my birthday with bastille day in France 🇫🇷 means getting more of my favorite french perfume I have been obsessed with the past 5 years 😍 and dinner Friday at local french hot spots .palmsprings Also lots of love from my favorite salt city 🌆 Syracuse today and just signed an offer for the 3 unit I’m selling - a nice quick 30 day cash purchase with no contingencies yay 😁 I love a fast transaction !
