Meet Yosef Golowa, MD FSIR:
Yosef Golowa, MD FSIR, is double board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Vascular/Interventional Radiology. He is a Harvard-trained Interventional Radiologist and has more than 15 years of experience with expertise in innovative, minimally invasive, image-guided therapies.
Dr. Golowa worked as an Attending Physician at Montefiore Medical Center for over 12 years where he held the appointment of Associate Professor of Radiology at Albert Einstein School of Medicine. He has performed thousands of minimally invasive image-guided procedures and is a well-regarded mentor in instructing trainees and other physicians on the newest techniques. Dr. Golowa was enrolled as one of the co-investigators in the early clinical trials for Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE) in the United States.
