The wonderful Patricia from McManus Irish Dance LLC will be teaching Celtic Cardio at the New York Irish Center, starting Tuesday 21st Jan at 12:00 - 12.45. Celtic Cardio is a new dance fitness class, based on Irish dance movements and steps. It's a great way to get, or stay fit for people of all ages and fitness levels!! 💃

And so it has begun--- March! ☘️ we will be learning a treble jig routine today pregame the high holy season ☘️☘️☘️

Tonight we will literally get Jiggy with it and learn a mix up of 4 hand Jig- Humors of Bandon (named for the town in West Cork) and a mixture of light jig steps! ☘️🇮🇪 so I guess for tonight-- it's "up cork"

So much fun merging treble reel rhythms with some group choreo/ceili dance aspects last night in the UWS! drop in and try a class-- and watch this space for the spring schedule which will have an added Queens class!
