Hi all,
We are looking for donations of gently used mens winter coats (especially larger sizes) for the ever growing number of people showing up at the Red Door Place looking for warm clothing. Many have come ill equipped to face the cold NYC winter and our normal channels for coats haven't been so great this year. If you have some, or know of people that have some, that they would like to donate, we'd love to have them to distribute.
Please reach out to coordinate drop off.
[email protected]
Thanks,
The Red Door Place

It's been a while since we've posted, but then again we had a record high number of guests this past Tuesday (1,207) so you can imagine we are a little busy. Below is a chart to show the last 3 years growth in guests, a huge jump coming this spring due to cuts in SNAP benefits. We've been able to accommodate this growth but still need donations to handle the additional people.
