- Nick Randos, who joins the firm as a Paralegal. Nick is a graduate of Yale University where he graduated with a degree in Political Science while serving as Chief of Staff to the first openly gay LGBTQ woman elected to the Senate in his home state of New Hampshire.

- Calvin Souder, who joins the firm as Of Counsel. Calvin represents corporations and government entities on a wide variety of complex corporate transactions where he assists developers in negotiating redevelopment agreements.
