FEEL GOOD FRIDAY! This rental never even hit the market. A couple of hours after the landlord called me to rent it, an awesome agent in my office called to see if I had a 2 bedroom in that area. IT WAS FATE! Introduced the tenant and landlord, and a few days later the lease was signed. CONGRATULATIONS everyone!

Great morning volunteering at Lifestyles for the Disabled annual golf 🏐 outing. Lifestyles organized an amazing event. I was on golf cart 🛺 duty checking if the food/drink tents on the holes needed anything. It was my first time driving a golf cart. At first I caused some traffic since I was driving so slow. 😅 The laughs were hysterical with my co-pilot Michele Yacovello.
