𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
➡ Trained chef with a minimum of 5 years of restaurant experience
➡ Experience in private luxury homes as a chef a plus
➡ Pet-friendly (family has 2 dogs)
➡ Valid driver’s license
➡ Work schedule: Thursday-Sunday
➡ Serve lunch and dinner for a family of 4, housekeepers, and guests
➡ You don't need to prepare breakfast but are responsible for purchasing breakfast foods (fresh organic fruits, yogurt, etc.)
➡ Chef will have a private room with an attached bathroom in The Hamptons
➡ A Jeep Cherokee will be provided for the chef to drive
➡ Prepare and cook the healthy Mediterranean, Alice Waters style, and spa cuisine
➡ Use organic ingredients whenever possible, focusing on clean eating with lean proteins, salads, vegetables, and healthy carbs
➡ Create a variety of tasty, healthy sauces and salad dressings (no store-bought dressings)
➡ Keep the pantry and refrigerator organized and stocked
➡ Serve meals and clean up afterward, ensuring the kitchen is clean every night
➡ Prepare snacks for the family to eat between meals
➡ Assist with dinner parties (servers will help with serving and cleaning up)

Lehman College's NCLEX-RN ESOL Program is tentatively scheduled to start our next training program on March 28, 2024.

This no-cost, intensive training helps internationally educated nurses living in NYC prepare for the state board exam, and for employment as registered nurses upon obtaining NYS licensure.
The program prepares individuals who worked as nurses in their home countries to pass the NYS Registered Nurse licensing exam, the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
