I did a thing. I participated in the Liberty Dance Championship . I am going to skip over the part where I type a long message of everything that was going through my mind and of all of the doubts I had of myself. I will leave you with this… regardless of how you feel… just do the things you love! Listen to the people who want to see you succeed and who believe in you. They believe in you for a reason.

Shoutout to: My husband for pushing me, supporting me and for your love always . My mom, who is ALWAYS there doing whatever she can to make my dreams come true, no matter how old I get ! Coach Kim (my Crossfit Coach and nutritionist I will always recommend from Chilltown Fitness) every time I fall out of my fitness journey, there is never any shame and I always feel supported when starting and ending and starting and ending my fitness goals. Anya Katsevman for being consistent in pushing me to go further and further every single year.

Shoutout to the judges and staff at the Liberty Dance Championship for putting on an amazing event.

This was a performance I did in 2013 with D'Cor Dance Company at the New York International Salsa Congress. This dance company was founded and directed by Maria Ramos. It's one of my all time favorite choreographies. Super grateful that I had the opportunity to perform.

🇵🇷I choreographed this small number while pregnant on "bed rest" about 2 months ago. They learned the choreo through videos while I was home resting, and we had one in-person rehearsal a week after I gave birth. Thennnn Canada's wildfires shut down our second rehearsal days before this show. It all came together and they did so good! Picture or it didn't happen!
