You know who you are. You know what you want. I help you remember. I believe you can be, do, and have what you want in life.
I believe that when you're tuned into who you really are, your Authentic Whole Self, you are more able to recognize what you truly want and, in turn, draw it into your experience. I have been helping men and women develop an appreciation for themselves and their strengths for about 20 years through Salsa & Latin dance. I'm a life coach, a Reiki Master, and a licensed Desire Map Facilitator. My coa
Hola hola mi gente! Hello gorgeous friends!

It's a sliding scale cost but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Send me a dm and we'll work it out.
Let's practice being with ourselves and each other in different ways.
Mindful Connection Circle — Authentic Whole Self Living This is a space for people to practice slowing down and deeply listening to each other with an open heart. We’ll have an opportunity to answer questions varying from fun icebreakers to deep and thought provoking. We’ll also practice different mindfulness exercises to keep us grounded in the pres...
Today is the day mi gente!! and I invite you into a conversation about the healing journey and healing.
What is healing? What does it mean to heal? How does healing feel for each of us? Does it ever end? Is there a healing off-ramp?
There’s lots of questions and we get to ponder, reflect on, and explore them with you!
It’s cliché, there are no right or wrong answers but maybe you’ll discover the answers that feel wise for you in your own unique life.
We look forward to being with you here tonight at 7p ET.
The kindest (and truest) words from this gorgeous, open-hearted, powerful woman.
It’s a pleasure and an honor to be in this type of Sacred Exchange with you .
Thank you for trusting me to support you in the ways that were right for you and for inviting me to witness you through your journey.
Your journey is now OUR journey as we move into mentorship and collaboration.
For those of you looking for someone who can support you on your unique life journey I’m currently accepting clients. Schedule a connection call to see if we are a match to work together.

Can you be fully healed?
There are signs that can help you see that you’re on a healing journey. Like:
> Accepting help from trusted supporters
> Becoming aware of & breaking old patterns of thinking, speaking & being
> Forgiving yourself for your past choices & mistakes
> Managing, regulating & expressing your emotions in your own healthy way
> Setting & maintaining clear, loving boundaries
> Validating yourself and not being overly-reliant on exterior validation
But does the healing ever end? Is there a healing destination? How do we know if/when we’ve been fully healed?
Join and me on Saturday, 8/19 at 7p ET for an IG LIVE to explore these and other questions together.
We look forward to seeing you!
What an absolutely beautiful day.
Back on the balcony with a beer baby.
Boxes. Rosé. Sushi. Tv break.
Moving sucks. Life is good. I’m grateful for so much. The ups, the downs but especially the in-betweens.
Extra special thanks to for bringing dinner.
My heart. My comrade. My son. I have been a wildly imperfect mom. He came into my life when I was just starting my second decade of life. In many ways, we grew up together. There were times that he had to be the parent and for that I’m sorry. And still today we are unlearning, learning, and growing sometimes together other times apart but I will always ALWAYS be here for him.
Finally got mami to go for a walk!!
The simple act of noticing your natural breath can make a huge difference in regulating your nervous system.
You don’t necessarily have to do a specific type of breath work technique, although those are helpful too.
Simply notice how you’re breathing right now. Where in your body can you feel the tickle, the movement, the restriction your natural breath highlights?
What can you give yourself right now to nourish your wellbeing? A hug, a loving touch, an or**sm, a glass of water, some flaming cheetos, a bath, connecting with a trusted loved one, disconnection from social media?
Whatever it is grant yourself permission to have it, savor it and breathe it in. Remember to breathe.
Maybe all you need right now is being with yourself through your breath. Enjoy it.
Sending you so much love 💗
PS - this is one of the ways I help people experience more self-awareness, self-appreciation, and self-love. If that’s something you’re interested in experiencing more of in your own life reach out. I’m accepting 1:1 clients now.
I can love you from a long distance and wish you well on your journey far away from me. I can imagine that you hold some love in your heart for me too.
But when it comes to intimate partnerships, friendships, romances, and maybe even acquaintances no love is not enough.
It all equals connection. The more we have and express for and towards each other the deeper the connection flows.
My dinner masterpiece. Store bought cauliflower crust pizza with Peruvian chicken and fresh avo with a drizzle of Peruvian green sauce.
I looked for Gang Starr’s song Skills but it’s not on here. Buen provecho mi gente.
Moving sucks!! But I am so grateful to that one amazing friend with a pickup, strong arms, and sincere kindness. And just like that we’re back in JC

What does the middle path actually look like.
I’ve been thinking a lot about balance lately especially as an ethical solopreneur trained in trauma-sensitive mindfulness and a buddhist practitioner.
I shared with my inbox crew ways I’m caring for my communities. But because this is IG I wanted to share a graphic that’s a good representation of how I feel about the middle-ish ground I dance on between extremes and ideals and aspirations and expectations.
Here you go. I hope you had a good-ish Saturday.
If you want to be part of my inbox crew you can sign up to receive my emails. Link in bio
This is 50. Happy Birthday to me. ❤️🎂🥰🎉🔥
My body has changed and will continue to. It’s taken me my whole life to truly love and appreciate myself as I am.
My heart has been broken and put back together so many times. It’s now the most gorgeous mosaic in the world. And getting bigger.
My mind has expanded with new information and ancestral traditions. It’s both wild and thorough - an exquisite labyrinth.
My soul and spirit continue to connect me to the Great Mystery above and below and beyond.
I’m beyond grateful for all of my teachers, for all the guides who’ve helped me get to this point in my journey. This place of complete trust and radical self-love.
If I could, these are some things I would tell my younger self:
You are beautiful. Accept yourself as you are right now. Don’t let the world tell you who you are at your core.
Appreciate this incredible body you’re in because it’ll change and you will be surprised at the ways it does. It’s a precious gift.
Honor your heart, it’s so full and ready to pour into others but also know that boundaries are loving.
Love your mind, it’s brilliant even though nobody tells you so. And when you are quiet it will share amazing insights.
Today I celebrate myself and the multitudes I contain.
Naming is empowering. Labeling is disempowering.
Naming something gives you power because you can then work with it in the most beneficial way for yourself and those involved.
Labeling is when you try to impose some description on another person or situation that’s outside of your circle of experience.
Naming allows you to own your identity, circumstances, or situation. Naming allows you to change the narrative if you so desire.
Labeling traps people, circumstances, and situations in boxes for the convenience of the status quo. Labeling is often used to belittle.
This is an example of what I write about in my emails. Meet me there if it sparks some interest.
