This is a well proportioned and newly renovated 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms (one large!), washer/dryer in unit, and elevator.

It's really light throughout and the kitchen has a huge counter, which you could probably sit 4 people around.

2 bathrooms, one tub, two showers. One walk in shower. One of the bathrooms is like a wet room, it's very large.

There is extra storage above the washer/dryer and also there is a closet in the hallway.

This apartment would be great for 4 roommates - all rooms are similar sizes and all are very light.

You have high ceilings and it's nicely renovated. Every room is front facing, room 3 is double aspect and has great light. Room 4 has two windows. The living room is large and bright, 16x9ft.

The unit has a washer/dryer and the 2 bathrooms are good sizes and modern. One is 4x6ft, the other is 4x4ft with a nice walk in shower. The kitchen is modern with nice appliances.

All in all, this apartment is a bit of a gem.
