The Tartan Day Parade is on Saturday April 6th. The Parade starts at 2PM. Join the University as we walk up 6th Ave from 45th to 59th Street for our 4th year.

We can finally reveal that the iconic Sir Billy Connolly is Grand Marshal of 2019’s New York City Tartan Day Parade.
We’re thrilled to have him on board and can’t wait to see him - and all of you - at this year’s NYC Tartan Week in April.
This is just the first of many exciting announcements for Tartan Day’s 21st year, so stay tuned.

After a wonderful event in Washington DC, our alumni and supporters were invited to a reception in New York on Friday November 10 to celebrate the vision of the Aberdeen Centre for Women's Health at the Baird Family Hospital.
The guest speaker was Professor Siladitya Bhattacharya MD FRCOG, Director, Institute of Applied Health Sciences and Chair in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, University of Aberdeen.

Ahead of National Coming Out Day this Wednesday, we are looking back to last year's winter graduations and the speech given by Dr Elly Barnes, Founder of Educate & Celebrate, following being awarded the Degree honoris causa in recognition of her dedication to helping schools become environments in which LGBT+ students and teachers can thrive without fear of discrimination.
