Introducing our Chef’s beautifully composed aRoqa Milk Sponge Bhalla, a playful twist one of India’s popular street snack, the classic dahi bhalla that is traditionally made with lentils. Milk Sponge “Rasgulla”, is originally eaten as a dessert in India. Chef Ajay has transformed it into savory, creamy, round delights that are soaked in buttermilk for 4 hours and then dunked in sweet yogurt, tamarind, and a vibrant mint chutney. A fusion of delight!

A life taken away too soon 💔 This Friday May 26th 2023, aRoqa will be closed for lunch so that our staff can celebrate the life of our beloved team member Mayra Martinez who passed recently. Mayra shall forever remain in our hearts.. Gone but shall never be forgotten 🌷
