How to add storytelling to your grant proposal, without sacrificing any essential details:
-The need statement is the story of why your organization exists, who you’re serving, and the challenge they face.
-The program description is the story of how your nonprofit will swoop in and take action. Include who will solve the problem and how.
-Outcomes and evaluation are the story of how you’re changing lives. This is the most inspiring part of the story and one that highlights the protagonist (the people you serve).
