This Monday at June we have 3 (!) winemakers joining us for a very special evening!

🍾 Champagne first with JM Seleque, and his wife Oriane, one the rising stars of Epernay, beautiful and vibrants wines.
🌊 Muscadet with the elegant, fresh and textured wines from Jean Baptiste Hardy, who worked at different domains including Domaine Roulot. He went back to his family estate in 2018 to work the magical soils made gabbro and silica clay.
🍷 4th generation winemaker Dominique Joseph or ‘Pelo’ works with elegance his Cabernet Franc on the tuffeau deepsoils of Saumur Champigny. Organic since 1992, and separates his lieux dits in 2011, his wines are pure expressions of his corner of the world.
