Alex Gorlin and Quncie Williams were among the honorees at last night's Annual Gala for The IDEAL School of Manhattan at The Chelsea Piers. Alex and Quncie are pictured here with fellow honorees, construction consultants Bob and Rich Bennis, and commercial real estate broker Leslie Harwood. The theme of the night was "No Place Like Home". We are so proud to have helped create a comfortable, functional new home for this unique school that will enable it to serve more students and expand its mission.

We are very pleased that our supportive housing development in The Bronx for was featured by Wendy Goodman in Curbed in New York Magazine, and another article by Justin Davidson. This important project creates 148 units of permanent affordable housing in New York City for those in need.

We were honored to be at the ribbon cutting for El Borinquen, the supportive housing residence of 148 affordable units for formerly homeless, seniors and special needs individuals we built for Comunilife, Inc. in The Bronx. In attendance at the ceremony were Adolfo Carrion Jr, Commissioner, NYC HPD; Ruthanne Visnauskas, Commissioner, NYC HPD; Richard Roberts of Red Stone Equity Partners; Sharmi Sobhan from JP Morgan Chase; Chantal Jackson, NYS Assembly District 79; Dr. Rosa Gil, President and CEO of Comunilife; Althea Stevens, NYC Council District 16; Marlene Zurack, Chair, Comunilife Board of Directors; Luis Sepulveda, NYS Senate District 32; Michael O'Donnell from Comunilife; and Woody Victor, Principal at Capalino. We would also like to thank Mega Contracting Group for their excellent job building the structure.
