CU Bhakti Club
Mindful Wednesdays are weekly free workshops organized by the Bhakti Club in order to promote mindfulness and health on Columbia's Campus.
Each meeting lasts around an hour and thirty minutes, and it consists of a short introductory themed talk, two meditations sessions and a delicious free vegetarian dinner at the end.
