This was our Sunday brunch, 2 chicken combo(Chaufa & tallarines a la huancaina), with additional empanadas. 4 adults and 4 children ate with leftovers! Thanks to our hosts for making a beautiful table spread; it looked gorgeous so I snapped a few photos.

Family style 1 chicken, salad, fries and chaufa with Ceviche de Pescado & tallarines verdes as additional plates!

September 15th through October 15th is Hispanic heritage month; personally I prefer Latino/ Latina because it’s more inclusive of our Brazilian, Guyanese & Suriname family. Regardless of labor, this month is the time to recognize the chief men’s of Latinos, not only in this country, but in the world. Happy Latino heritage month!
