Mark Rothko - National Gallery of Art - Paintings on Paper - 100 of Rothko’s most compelling paintings, many seen for the first time. If u can’t afford Paris u definitely should see this exhibition - it’s DIvine!

Another great walk today at Onteora Lake. The trail is a two hour hike but very easy and few challenges;) look at the Frog Spawn in the water … soon they will turn into tadpoles. ;)

Wonderful warm sunny day for a walk across the reservoir in Ashokan;)

Visited R Swiader with Martyn Thompson for the opening of Waves and Dunes by Peter Chao and saw someone wearing a beautiful white dress, it turned out to be Helen Vong a friend and customer of mine, who I represented in the purchase of a charming apartment along with her husband in Clinton, Brooklyn. What a lovely surprise;)

Staatsburg Estate - The Mills Mansion. Childhood home of Ruth Livingston Mills - Beaux Arts, Mckim Mead And White. Beautiful grounds great hiking. If u like historic houses this is worth visiting.

Great to soend time with my dear friend Martyn visiting from Australia;).

Had the most wonderful visit with Ariel and Bertie two donkeys who are rescues and are being lovingly cared for by a friend Roni and another caregiver;) what a great way to spend the morning;)
