In the lifelong quest of achieving "Fitness Through health", Adam Figueroa assists and exposes his clientele to the ongoing practice and pursuit of a strong & healthy Lifestyle. Resilience = Resistance x Persistence 🍏.
Consistency in exposing our tissues to resistance cultivates internal responses.
It’s the responses which drive communication between nerves which demand fuel and nutrients to be delivered to muscle cells, which yank, tug and pull on fascia. Fascia, with all its varying densities meshes into muscle tendons, joint ligaments and bone tissues.
These scenarios, repeated, will densify bone, increase cardiac response, and cultivate better circulation 💚.
All of the above are codependent, and work well when the supply of nutrients which are required are present. Whatever’s missing or in short supply will be compensated for. Not the best scenario when cultivating structure ⭕️.
All of the above service to one another interdependently, to fuel cells, power and hydrate them, and remove waste.

Looking back can be tough. Sometimes so tough that what comes up can be crippling to any efforts of moving forward.
Yet truly moving forward, requires hard focus on the stuff that’s most difficult to look at straight in the face.
Waking up, again, to a charged smartphone is a privilege beyond comprehension. Yet it will never provide the answers of how to clear the path forward, until we permit ourselves to see through the polished veneers we create to protect ourselves.
I haven’t figured it all out, and I’d question anyone who claims they have.
Effort is what’s required, and maybe keeping a third eye opens for the lessons, even when they suck.
