‼️ ‼️Alex has been on the team for +7 years and so much of the hospitality level of service and details you see when dining he maintains and keeps the staff inspired to do so. He’s worked nearly every front of the house position, climbing upwards unto being a manager. His son, Fernando, has just joined the team following some remarkable foot steps. And yes, they could be brothers. 😉 if you ask him, the Molcajete Carnitas is his go-to Chavela’s dish 🤗 that is, if you even can really pick just one.
