After living in Spain for the past couple months, I will say I appreciate the slow pace of living. It’s fitting to my lifestyle. I know, I know… You’re probably saying “what? How do you live a slow life?” Honestly, I love to be still enough and watch the beauty of life pass by. Clouds passing by, the leaves in the trees blowing, people laughing and interacting, maybe even stare at the ceiling and ponder why the earth keeps turning.

The times i’ve lived in the US were some of the most stressful periods of my life. Hustler culture kills the spirit and helps you to miss out on the beauty of life and precious moments we take for granted. I could never catch up and all it did was make me more tired.

I love how in Spain, Sunday, is truly a day of rest. Nothing is open. People spend the day resting, enjoying time with family, cooking lunch and dinner together, parks are filled with people smiling, laughing, relaxing, lovers cuddle on benches, friends catching up after the week is finished. It’s the truest epitome of community over profits.

It’s refreshing to know that i’m not crazy for enjoying a slow pace of living. It lets me know it’s okay to take breaks and get rest. It gives me enough time to focus on certain things and stability on when to get things accomplished.

I hope you can find this peace in your life.

Sunday, let your Intuition guide your decisions More than your mind. This is the Perfect time to switch off the cacophony in your head, remove the traffic jam of constant thoughts which are mostly wasting Precious Moments - and Rest. Today, choose to be as Vacant and as beautiful as a goldfish. Holding less mental storage, even for one day, would create more Peace and Quiet. It's been a Frazzling week, with tension, drama, prickly people, power struggles, powerful choices and confusing chats. Now... Relax. Let some steam Out, some pressure. If you do, space is available... there's an opportunity to help another, create something, receive an offer, have a Surprise or benefit from a change of scenery. Release. Be Fish. Perhaps without the cigar. :)

I spent a night in Lisbon 🇵🇹 and celebrated my birthday in the city. Ate lunch at this cool vegetarian restaurant called Sellva, walked around saw some beautiful purple trees, and got a deep tissue massage & mini facial at a spa called The Oriental Spa- Hammam & Massage. I can’t exaggerate enough how the lady popped me back into place & reset my body! 😂 I felt & still feel amazing. I was smiling ear to ear, being so outgoing, laughing to myself. I’m surprised I didn’t start royal waving down the street. 😂 I took a flight back to Barcelona the same night. The uber on the way to the airport played & sang Country Roads for me. He was from Brazil. It’s funny how music brings people together! I bought the air lounge access and ate some pasta, thai veggie chili & rice and drank an aperol spritz. I’d say it was a pretty great & taurean way to celebrate my special day! Thank you everyone for the bday wishes!

So excited to announce my line of body oils dropping today!!

My passion for skincare has led me to adore body oils, although I have always found that the standard gold hue fails to highlight the cool undertones in my skin. I remember backstage at the Collina Strada show, they basically dipped me in silver glitter and that's when the idea hit me!
