Introducing our newest barrel-aged cocktail: La Fiesta de Piña! We infused mezcal with fresh pineapple and after a few days we moved it to a Redemption Rye barrel and aged it with mole bitters and bianco vermouth. It is dangerously delicious.

This weather seems a lot brighter with a Sevilla gin and aromatic tonic. Come have a Dreams of Spain for yourself!

A year ago today we had to shut our doors, and what a year it has been. Though we still struggle, things are looking up, spring has sprung and there are reasons to celebrate. So stop by and share a drink with friends new and old. Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Last St. Patrick's Day, as we were closing down the bar we had to empty the barrel we use to age our Old Fashioneds. In order to keep the barrel from drying out we filled it with Irish Whiskey and labeled it w/ a lucky dollar we found behind all the booze we had to put away, thinking we'd celebrate a belated St. Pat's in a few weeks...almost a year later it's still here (so are we), and it's delicious! Come by this year and toast to the future w/ a shot of it and an Irish Stout for $10.
