This year, the Union Foodlab would like to start a community cooking session that would probably take place once a fortnight. This would be an exciting opportunity to share recipes, love as well as ideas on how we can do more work in and for the community.
Please shoot us an email if you would be interested in participating in this and we can share ideas on how best to make this happen.
Cheers!

A creamy sauce with no cream or cheese - I wanted an alfredo sauce but without cheese so I decided to blend a few mangos and avocados with a jalapeño to create a creamy sauce. I pan seared shrimp and asparagus in a mango sauce and tossed it all over baked spaghetti squash. Very tasty and yet healthy.
