This Pie Is Nuts has grown by leaps and bounds since starting in the food lab. They're now in almost 30 locations. Visit their holiday kiosk at Bryant Park, located on the corner of 42nd St and Ave of the Americas.

Coqui the Chef has some interesting children's culinary programming. Coqui partners with organizations who share the mission to improve resources on low-income communities where healthy food is not readily accessible and where residents often suffer from high rates of diet-related diseases like diabetes, obesity and asthma.

A creamy sauce with no cream or cheese - I wanted an alfredo sauce but without cheese so I decided to blend a few mangos and avocados with a jalapeño to create a creamy sauce. I pan seared shrimp and asparagus in a mango sauce and tossed it all over baked spaghetti squash. Very tasty and yet healthy.
