This architectural marvel features a composite steel frame, complemented by a cast-in-place concrete core, imposing super columns, and expansive beams gracefully spanning the High Line.

Built upon a robust pile-supported mat foundation, the structure showcases concrete shear walls that ascend from the basement to the penthouse level. It encompasses a sprawling 205,000 sq. ft., offering 337 luxurious bedrooms, three levels of versatile back-of-house areas, meeting spaces, and inviting public access areas, all complemented by a well-appointed basement level. 🌆
