Dear Valued Customer,

After 12 unforgettable years—first in Williamsburg and then here in Greenpoint—we have made the difficult decision to permanently close Baoburg at the end of this month, on October 31st.

This wasn’t an easy choice. Despite our best efforts, the rising costs have made it impossible for us to continue operating. We are immensely grateful for your support, loyalty, and the countless memories we’ve shared together.

But before we close our doors, we’d love to see you one last time! Join us to enjoy your favorite Baoburg dishes—whether it’s our signature bao buns, the flavorful noodles or rice dishes, our specialty cocktails, or any of the other dishes you’ve come to love.

Your presence during our final days would mean the world to us. Let’s make these last moments together truly special.
