THIS BUILDING WORKER NAMED KARLIN HAS BEEN HARASSING THE TENANTS OF 1406 NEW YORK AVENUE BROOKLYN FOR YEARS. IT IS QUESTIONABLE ON THE PART OF MANAGEMENT WHY KARLIN WAS PLACED IN THE SAME BUILDING AFTER SCREAMING AND THREATENING RESIDENTS. THE PACKAGES SEEM TO GO MISSING AS WELL. THERE IS NO COINCIDENCES HERE! SEVERAL TENANTS MISSING PACKAGES. ON JUNE 30, 2022 SOMEONE FITTING THAT DESCRIPTION WAS SEEN ON CAMERA ENTERING AN APARTMENT UNAUTHORIZED.

THERE IS NO COINCIDENCES AT FLATBUSH GARDENS BUILDING COMPLEX. THIS CRIMINAL WAS HANDED A MAINTENANCE GARBAGE BAG AND TOLD TO GET THE PACKAGE THAT WAS DELIVERED.

THIS IS VIDEO OF A NON RESIDENT THAT MAY HAVE CONSPIRED WITH SOMEONE THAT HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE BUILDING AS HE SEEMS TO GO DIRECTLY TO THE DOOR WHERE THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED AND PLACE IT IN A MAINTENANCE GARBAGE BAG….THIS INDIVIDUAL WAS CAPTURED BY NYPD.
THIS THEFT HAPPENED IN 1406 NEW YORK AVENUE BROOKLYN WHERE IT SEEMS TO BE A SERIES OF THEFTS WITH SIMILAR DETAILS FOR THE LAST (6) YEARS .
