The doctor and their staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Great conversation with each one of the staff and everyone was kind (even before 8am). “ They showed me lots of pictures of my teeth to help explain the before/after/next steps Dr. Chang allowed me a lot of autonomy, I was able to voice my opinions and concerns. She explained the procedures we were doing clearly and They made me feel comfortable before each step, even basic stuff like the cleaning The hygienist explained how to take care of myself better than anyone in the past. She even helped demonstrate what was wrong with my flossing form As a first timer they were very welcoming, and onboarding was simple The staff was friendly and diverse They had a massage chair and a television on the ceiling!”
