Preggo tip! A yoga ball can be a lifesaver during labor and after birth. Here's how:
🤰Before and during labor:
⬆️ Open your pelvis and manage contractions: Sitting on a yoga ball and gently bouncing, doing figure 8s, or rocking can help open your pelvis and ease discomfort during contractions
🤱 After delivery:
😌 Soothe a fussy baby: Babies love the rhythmic motion of bouncing on a yoga ball. It can help calm them and lull them to sleep
💪 Stretch your body: Yoga balls are great for postpartum stretches and exercises that can help you regain your strength and flexibility
🌟 Rebuild your strength: Exercises on a yoga ball can help strengthen your core muscles, which are important for postpartum recovery
💡 Bonus tip: There are also special peanut-shaped yoga balls 🥜 that can be helpful during labor
How do you use a yoga ball in pregnancy or motherhood??
This one made me a mommy 💕

💥Hot topic! To drink or not to drink Red Raspberry Leaf Tea (RRLT) in pregnancy…
Red raspberry leaf tea contains vitamins A, C , E, some B plus minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus plus a few trace minerals.
The uterus needs vitamins and minerals to function properly and do its job through pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum.
Studies have shown the benefits to drinking RRLT regularly in pregnancy:
✔️shorter and less painful labor
✔️reduces complications and interventions during birth
✔️more effective labor contractions
✔️tones uterus for labor
✔️improves amniotic sac strength
✔️helps balance hormones postpartum
✔️helps with initial milk supply
🤓Have you read the studies?
🚨Red raspberry leaf tea is a uterine tonic. It causes the uterus to be crampy/contract. If your uterus is contracting so much you can’t sleep or feel exhausted…stop drinking it. Not something I recommend.
Gift the gift that see really needs and wants this Mother's Day. Gift Certificates available to the mom-to-be and new mom, all those mothering.
Office in Park Slope or Noho or home visits available.

You can book your labor support lesson starting at 37 weeks.
Welcome to the world baby George! Mama is absolutely glowing. We worked on her during her pregnancy and already saw her for a well needed postnatal massage. Many new moms experience neck and shoulder pain after a bag from hunching during feeds and looking down all day at your beautiful baby. Massage can get you feeling like a new person.
