Our architectural and millwork sheets are custom made to order and designed to fit wood into any aspect of your design. Sheets are intended for seamless large-format paneling and millwork fronts. These are veneered MDF sheets that can be cut to size at a shop or in field. Available in multiple grades, these sheets are finished to match MADERA’s collection finishes. Material can be supplied in 4’ x 8’ or 4’ x 10’ full sheets with edge banding provided separately. ⁠

"Given the natural setting, surrounded by forest and water, our goal was to create a house that would weather naturally on the exterior and blend timelessly. To continue this warmth once inside we chose a palette of warm but muted oak. We worked with a millworker to finalize this palette and looked to MADERA’s floor products to match the walls and millwork that would take up most of the house. MADERA oak is on the floor and ceiling in key places.⁠"⁠ ⁠

Home Tour! Step inside the Path Residence, a full experience. We asked Kristin Nelson of what their design intention and process was for selecting materials. ⁠

"We wanted a look that was minimal yet warm, and the idea of carrying the same materials throughout the house created a level of cohesion. Having the same wood throughout (but in different formats) helped us achieve this look. The palette is restrained in most areas – wood and plaster carried throughout. In bathrooms more materials are added, but we still brought the same wood into each space with the doors, cabinetry, and windows. The ability to do wood planks, panels, doors, etc. was a big factor in choosing Madera, along with the beautiful finish options. It made our job easier – its hard to get people to match finishes in the field. Madera’s “whole house” approach really fit with our vision."⁠

Our ability to produce this finish in our XXL spec (lengths up to 13 feet long and widths close to 16 inches wide) allow us to showcase the brilliance of the trees from which it was produced. For the RH Gallery in Brussels, we were asked to match the existing, historical floors that were already present in the building, in addition to supplying extra flooring. Our team of experts supplied over 7K square feet of French Oak, matching existing flooring where applicable. It's not easy to match a new floor to one that is decades old, but with our expertise and knowledge, we were able to seamlessly integrate the new with the old. Have a restoration project in process? Our VOLANT collection celebrates the natural splendor and exceptional dimensions of European Oak.
